THE MAGGIE SHOW...

 Maggie is one happy girl!
And, the most gorgeous girl EVER!!!
xoxo to our Princess!
This sweet image reminds me of Maggs... so from Maggie,
HAPPY early VALENTINE'S DAY!!!
with lots of x's and o's

I always seem to have something to blog about, and am always feeling two steps behind with the blog, because there are so many funny, adventurous, photos, etc. that I want to share! But, really it would just be impossible to blog about every little cute thing one of the munchkins did, or every single picture I have taken of them...!!!
With that said, tonight is a total picture love fest of mostly Maggie, but I was able to get a few of Jack... (he's still in his "not into having his photo taken" phase).

And, with Valentine's Day just around the corner, it was just way too hard not to share all the love with our amazing friends & family!

We hope you enjoy our cuties, we sure do!
Not that you could tell... :p
Although, Maggie has not been feeling well this week,  I was able to get some fun shots of her...
Still working desperately on my photography skills (my class was canceled, so I will have to wait until the next term, and hope that the one I want I get a spot in, and it does NOT get canceled). I am loving photography, but really really want to learn more in regards to actually using the camera - and not always in auto-mode... so hopefully soon, we'll all be seeing some much better photographs. However, it isn't the photography that makes these pictures, it's MOST definitely the MODELS!!!
xoxo to my adorably sweet and lovely munchkins.

I love you both so much, and in the spirit of Valentine's Day, I want you to know how much your Mommy hearts you both!

these photos of our cutie were taken this past weekend... she began coming down with a cold, and running a slight fever on Sunday, so we stripped her down, and she went wild! she was a warm little cookie, but once she was free of clothing, she was in Heaven. running all over the house... and having a  lot of fun... as you can see!!! :)
dancing!
showing me her belly button... and is very proud of it!
looking for Daddy...
mission accomplished... DADDY FOUND! and, again, a very proud little lady.
(Brian wasn't feeling all that well, either... :( He is, thankfully on the mend!)

On Monday, she still started the morning out ok, but then around 9:30am, was ready to go back to bed, and slept until after 12pm. She was up for a couple of hours before falling asleep again. The in-between time was full of a lot of me holding her, rocking her, reading books, etc. She would not let me leave her side. But, she did find a little comfort in her pink carebear :)
heading into Jack's room... to see what he was up to...
out he comes, gripping onto his cookie monster slippers. :p
maggie LOVES cookie monster, so i have a feeling she must have been eying them, which is not allowed, so he had to make sure they were taken to a safe place - ie. away from little sister's prying eyes.
not far behind... clutching pink carebear... but, not looking too happy :(
an animal cracker seemed to perk her up a bit...
lots of love, hugs and kisses for pink carebear
maggie's physical therapist will be so PROUD of this picture! we have been working with maggie in doing lots and lots and lots of squats to build up her hip muscles. bending down like this and picking something up without holding onto something or someone is a HUGE accomplishment for our little lovebug. it takes a lot of strength, balance, coordination and mostly overcoming fear & building confidence!
way to go, sweet girl!
we could not be more proud of you!!!
... and we (jack and i) were able to get a few BIG smiles out of her. jack does a great job in making maggie happy. usually doesn't take much but him being a bit silly. she loves him so much, and thinks he's the most funny boy out there...
well, c'mon, who doesn't? :p
some light reading when you don't feel good is always relaxing.

one would think your brother pounding on anything and everything with a drum stick would not be (relaxing), but maggie found this to be hilarious. me... not so much after about 2 seconds. ;)
now, we can all see where maggie is coming from...
jack is the funniest boy in the world!

Today, again, she seemed to have an ok morning, but around lunch time she was an unhappy little camper again :(
so really hoping, praying, keeping fingers crossed she wakes up feeling good in the morning.
she did let me have some fun with her... dancing, playing dress-up/tea party, and just playing while jack & brian headed out to pick up dinner... and got stuck in a LOT o' traffic, therefore being gone for a while, but we didn't notice, we were having so much fun!!!
Having a lot of fun with a card that I had given to Brian a while ago that sings a song when you open it. So opening and closing of the greeting card, is apparently really really fun!!!

TUTU time... no boys allowed... (she is shutting her bedroom door :p)
Playing with her fluffy tutu (below) is fun... and very interesting.
... apparently so is pretending to be a baby. she found a pacifier that was hers when she was an infant, but i had let she and jack use it for their "babies"... i guess she decided she wanted to be the baby...
i couldn't even count how many times she ran up and down the hall... having so much fun, not only in her tutu, but her silver sparkly shoes... that she picked out of all of her shoes when she wanted some on... she's definitely my daughter :)
found another little friend, a bumblebee!!!
she is very affectionate with all of her "babies" - that is what she calls all dolls & stuffed animals
they all get lots of love, hugs and kisses!
and then, eventually a quick drop to the floor when she finds something/someone better!
where is our sweet little princess...
i think i can barely see her hiding under all that tutu fluff!
maggie's laugh is completely contagious!
i adore this picture as she was laughing so hard, she fell over!
love her soooo much!
silver sparkly shoes DEBUT!!!
she loves these shoes, but rarely gets to wear them... as her little insoles don't really fit correctly in them, but occasionally a girl has got to have a little fun, and in the name of beauty, right?
and if the tutu and sparkly shoes weren't enough... she found a hat...
well, she mostly loved the flower, but the hat was ok, since it held the flower...
again, her mother's daughter. :)
bumblebee is BACK! for now...
she was pointing out his eyes, nose, ears, hair, and telling me what each were!
and he gets a little drink of tea (you can barely tell, but she's holding a little tea cup and giving him a drink)
... and a BIG drink for Maggie! :)
anytime she pretend drinks something, she lets out a BIG "aaaahhhh" at the end...
d.r.a.m.a.t.i.c.
i have no idea where she has learned this or gets this from...
socks...
and...
shoes!
shoes are very funny.
the hot pink patent leather ones are beginning to become some competition for sparkly silvers!
Jack's home! He is wondering what we are up to!!!
he thought maggie looked "so cute"...
running to give me a BIG hug!!! love our sweet little guy!!!
i think she's looking for her daddy...
playing chase ...
making sure sparkly silver shoes were still on!

Jack giving Maggie some LOVE!!!
Hey Mr. Cutie Pants!
We had fun while you were gone, but we missed you...
and that super cute smile!
... dinner time, and ready to end on a silly note...
that is just Jack's style.
As for Maggie, and how much fun it is to have a little girl... this is something that I hope I can teach her, and she will always remember...

ps. Just a couple things I'm working on...
these adorable paper fabric dolls... l.o.v.e.
if when they ever get finished, i will for sure try to show them... if they aren't horrific.

remember that dream kiddo kitchen i was speaking of?
well...
i have some visions that are somewhat like the pic below..
but sooooo many many many more...
i will have to show more of my inspiration, and hope that i can get some thoughts/suggestions/feedback... because as all of you who know me, know
A.) i can never make up my mind
B.) am incredibly picky and
C.) if it isn't just how i envision, i either start completely over, or terminate the project all together.
let's not let that happen with the sweet munchkin kitchen.
yes, they might be driving away with suitcases in the back of the car heading off to college before i have it done even start, but it will someday be complete. :)
isn't this one below, sooooo CUTE???
LOVE!!!
But, I have to remember Jack LOVES the play kitchen so much too...
so, as much as I love this... i'm thinking more greens/yellows/light blues
and a lot less pink. (that is the one and only time you will hear me say that in regards to pink).
