Changes....

Wow, it hasn't been that long since I've posted, but there seems to be lots of new things going on around our house.
As I mentioned in a previous post, Brian is still on the job hunt for something in the Portland/Vancouver area. We are patiently awaiting to hear something! He has had a few interviews, so that is great news!
I have to remember to be patient, and know that it will all happen at the right time for us!

The munchkins are doing great. I took them to Portland earlier this week for a few days, and they had a great time with their Nana Amy, and their Nana Bette! We had a very relaxing trip, and were happy to come home to see Brian and Buster! We really missed them!

Jack has been working on trying out the potty - every once in a while, and of course, specifically on his terms :) But, he's trying it out, and has even peed 2 times in it! He gets very excited, because of course, Brian and I go crazy when he goes in the potty!!!!!

Maggie is really trying to get around more, and is just sweet as pie! She still has two teeth, but is working on some more, which has been hard for her! Poor thing, teething is just the worse!

Maggie's 9 month stats :)

Maggie had her 9 month check up this past week, and she is a growing girl!
She now weighs 17 1/2 lbs, and is 28" long! What a transformation she has made. Coming out as such a fragile tiny baby, and now she's getting to be the cutest little chunk ever!

We are so proud of all the accomplishments she has made. Still no crawling, but according to the pediatrician, they don't even consider that a milestone. She is rolling all over the place, sitting up like a natural, and when we stand her up and hold her hands she tries (and most times succeeds) in taking a couple of tiny steps! So, Miss Maggs might just show us that crawling isn't her thing!

She is also babbling tons, some of the babbling we think sounds like "da-da" and "ma-ma".... but, not sure if we're just hoping :).

Maggie is a true joy to be with. She is such a happy baby, just like her big brother was .... and he keeps her laughing non-stop. It is beyond joyous to see their interactions together!!!!

We'll keep you posted ... you know as soon as she's crawling and/or walking we'll be so PROUD, we'll be shouting it from the rooftops :)

Easter!

We had such a wonderful Easter. This year was spent with Brian's family, including his brother, sister-in-law and their 3 kiddos, and of course Brian's parents. It was a really nice day, and so fun to celebrate Maggie's very 1st Easter! And, also to see Jack really get into it this year.

He was dressed like a little man (thanks to his Grandma Weeks) and Maggie looked like the princess she is.

Overall it was a fun day. Enjoy the pictures. You can tell we all had fun!

Maggie is 9 months!!!!

Maggie is 9 months old TODAY, we cannot believe how fast these past 9 months have gone! She is such a joy to be around. She is a very happy and content baby. Loves playing with toys, and especially loves it when her BIG brother tickles her, or plays with her.
She is rolling all over the place, and we're thinking maybe might be a crawler soon!!!!
